Colossians

Date Written - A.D. 60
Paul never visited the city of Colossae. (Colossians 2:1) They had heard the gospel from one of their own named Epaphras. (Acts 19:10) It is to be dated during Paul's first Roman imprisonment when he was under house arrest. (Acts 28:16-31) It was here that Paul wrote all of his prison epistles. It would be dated along with Ephesians and Philemon in A.D. 60.
